This page is aimed at describing the website’s management procedures concerning the processing of its users’ personal data. LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing related to the services of this website takes place at the company offices by technical personnel, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. Data processing is based on their preservation in computer files at the company. No data deriving from the internet service will be disclosed or released. The personal data provided by the users who request informative material are used with the sole purpose of supplying or performing the service requested and are communicated to third parties only if necessary, for this purpose – for example, by post.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The computer systems and procedures in charge of the website operations collect, during their normal operation, some personal data – the so called log files – whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated to identified parties, but due to its very nature can, by means of processing and integration with data held by third parties, allowing users to be identified. These data may be used in case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the website and can be communicated to the Legal Authority, in the event of the latter explicitly requests such data.

What are cookies?

For the sake of completeness, it is important to note that on some cases the Authority may request information pursuant to Art 157 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 and Art. 56 of UE Rule 679/2016, with the aim of controlling personal data processing. In these cases, the reply is mandatory under penalty of a fine.
Personal data are processed with automated instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the intended purpose. Specific security measures are implemented to avoid loss of data, illegal uses or incorrect, non-authorized access.
The subjects to whom personaI data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation as to whether such data exist and to know its contents and source, check its accuracy or request its integration, updating or rectification (art. 7 of Leg. Dec. no. 196/2003 and Arts.11 & 12 of EU Rule 679/2016). Pursuant to the same article, the Subject has the right for his/her processed data to be erased, anonymized o blocked if processed unlawfully, and also to object in any case to its processing on legitimate grounds. Such requests shall be made by the Holder.
